Mission

Patrimony

Reflecting Gods Love through Service. Col: 3:23

Our Vision

To give Glory to God and strive for Sanctity

Our Motto

Prayer and Faithful Service.
We struggle to see how in an Africican Context, we can combine prayer, study and hard work to develop Gods People. With St. Joseph our modal, we try to do our work to perfection and through devotion. This is what makes a brother of St. Joseph the worker different from other ordinary workers.

Our Spirituality.

Love for the word of God, Blessed sacrament, Devotion to Prayer, St. Joseph and Blessed Virgin Mary.

About Us

The Brothers of St.Joseph the Worker were founded in Fort Portal Diocese in 1973 by the late Bishop Serapio Bwemi Magambo (1928-1995).

Bishop Magambo had a special love and affection for religious Brothers. A special relationship with The Brothers began as a primary student in Wekomiire Parish, where he enjoyed the company of Brother Marsiale,a Missionary of Africa. He later came to know and appreciate the Brothers of Christian Instruction at St.Leo’s College Kyegobe, when he was appointed chaplain there. More....
